Qualifications

• Certified network professional accreditation.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate incoming ServiceNow tickets, obtaining missing or required information as necessary.
• Assign tickets to appropriate technical staff.
• Maintain and verify accurate system records.
• Manage Cisco WebEx configurations via Kurmi, including password resets, voicemail resets, and name changes.
• Perform onsite telecommunications installations within a 50-mile radius of 1575 Sherman.
• Install and configure voice jumpers.
• Troubleshoot analog line issues and copper cabling infrastructure.
• Assist technical staff with day-to-day telephony tasks, such as phone relocation and installation.
• Inventory phones and network switches, documenting details in a spreadsheet for decommissioning or surplus processes.
