Job summary

By Light Professional IT Services LLC seeks qualified personnel for on-site VoIP/UC support at JBLE and Fort Gregg-Adams. Requires 3+ years in Voice/Telephone Switch environments, Cisco Call Manager experience, and Security+ with a Secret clearance.

The role covers O&M, system upgrades, and network support with standard 07:00–17:00 hours, on-site work, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or four years of relevant hands-on experience.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience supporting Voice/Telephone Switch requirements.
• Security+ certification is required.
• Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA) certification.
• Has the communication skills to interface with senior military officials.

Responsibilities

• Provide O&M support for VoIP/VoSIP technology in coordination with DISA and NETCOM.
• Support VoIP networks, system upgrades, and end-user configurations.
• Maintain VoIP networks and equipment across installations.
