Job summary

By Light Professional IT Services LLC is seeking personnel to support multiple DoD network centers with VoIP/VoSIP and UC systems on-site in a standardized 0700–1700 schedule. The role covers O&M, cybersecurity, and configuration management across voice networks and related infrastructure.

Ideal candidates hold a Security+ certification, 3+ years in VoIP/UC environments, and familiarity with Cisco Call Manager. A Secret clearance is required to work on these sensitive programs.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or four years of relevant hands-on IT experience.
• Minimum 3 years' experience with Voice/Telephone Switch requirements.
• Security+ certification required.
• Experience with Call Manager and Unified Communications.

Responsibilities

• Provide O&M support for VoIP/VoSIP networks in coordination with DISA and NETCOM.
• Offer expert technical support for VoIP networks, upgrades, and user configurations.
• Deliver O&M support for VoIP technology across existing and future deployments.
• Manage Call Manager, Gatekeepers and Gateways on applicable networks.
• Monitor VoIP capacity, quality and performance to ensure reliable telephony.
• Support cybersecurity tasks related to VoIP, including STIGs and IAVA.
