Job summary

Astound seeks a Voice Account Manager to ensure a positive customer experience during post-sales Unified Communications deployments. You will onboard and educate mid-sized customers, coordinating with Market Sales leaders and the Voice Implementation Manager to guide the customer journey.

You will conduct onboarding virtually and in person, track tasks, and support ongoing configuration needs. Travel up to 50% is required, with a strong focus on cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Must have technical aptitude and ability to learn quickly to stay up to date on latest technologies.
• Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills to ensure onboarding success.
• Ability to communicate technical information to both non-technical and technical customers, verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a positive customer experience during post-sales UC deployments.
• Onboard and educate customers; coordinate with Sales and Implementation teams.
• Lead virtual and in-person onboarding sessions; maintain task tracking and progress.
• Coordinate with Hosted Voice Specialist to optimize onboarding materials (Tutorials, Guides, Checklists).
• Assist with post-install configuration changes andTraining needs for Hosted Voice deployments.
