JOB DESCRIPTION:

• 10 years of Project Management experience for executing big projects.
• PMP certification
• Experience implementing VOIP solutions on a Global scale
• Experience implementing 8x8 solution (nice to have)
• Experience with Office365, SharePoint, and Skype For Business
• Ability to quickly learn new phone technology and features and apply that knowledge to the development of training materials.
• Adaptable in a sometimes ambiguous environment; can modify plans "on the fly" when needed to make project plan, communications or training more effective.
• Solid understanding of voice network concepts and connectivity; data networking concepts highly desirable.
• Organized and expert at juggling multiple priorities, projects and locations.
• Effectively uses a variety of technology tools to create and deliver materials (i.e. WebEx, video conferencing, online training, etc.)
• Essential project management skills such as resourcing, financial management, requirements identification and tracking to milestones
• Adept with the use of Excel to track capital, expense and orders across multiple locations
• Works within direction set but with minimal supervision
• Positive attitude and maintains composure under pressure
