Job summary

NEOTech in Longmont, CO is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the voice of the customer and lead the Customer Focus Team, ensuring operational performance and alignment with NEOTech’s financial goals.

You will work with Account Management and site GM to drive growth, oversee sales orders, pricing, ECO/ECN, and delivery performance, while coordinating with Operations to meet schedules; travel up to 25%, and maintaining ITAR compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• CEPM certification or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years of electronics contract manufacturing or aerospace/defense program management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Focus Team (CFT) meetings and capture action items.
• Manage weekly/monthly customer meetings and drive follow-up actions.
• Oversee sales order process related to customer change requirements.
• Drive customer satisfaction while protecting NEOTech’s financials and margins.
• Communicate metrics (inventory turns, quality, delivery, PPVs) to customer and internal teams.
