Job summary

NEOTech in Chatsworth, CA seeks a Site Director of Program Management to lead the site PM organization, ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction, and drive program quality. This role acts as a senior escalation point and partners with business development for new products.

Responsibilities include leading program reviews, forecasting, staff development, and ensuring ISO quality standards while supporting corporate 6S initiatives and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of proven program management experience.
• 5+ years direct management experience with demonstrated ability to manage multiple skilled direct reports.
• High level of general business acumen; strong P&L responsibilities.
• Ability to influence cross-functionally within the company and with external customers.
• Excellent written and verbal skills; strong presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as site senior program management representative.
• 2nd level of escalation for program-critical issues.
• Participate in senior leadership discussions at the site.
• Interface with business development on new products and customer support.
• Lead regular program meetings to track progress and confirm customer requirements.
• Provide site incremental sales forecast data.
• Supervise the Manager of Program Management and staff.
• Train and develop team per defined curriculum.
• Support ISO standards across Quality Management Systems and related areas.

The Site Director of Program Management provides overall leadership and direction to the site program management organization. This individual works in a business leadership role to ensure program quality, ontime delivery and customer service requirements are met. Serve as 2nd level of escalation with program critical issues. Senior level interface with business development in the management of new products and support the development of these products with the customers. Lead regular program meetings to address program progress and ensure customer requirements are being met. Provide site incremental sales forecast data. Develop and mentor site program management organization. Define gaps and create plans to ensure staff improvements and competency.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Serve as site senior program management representative.
• Serve as 2nd level of escalation with program critical issues.
• Participate as a member of site senior staff in a senior leadership role.
• Interface with business development in the management of new products and support the development of these products with the customers.
• Lead regular program meetings to address progress and ensure customer requirements are met.
• Provide site incremental sales forecast data.
• Directly supervise the Manager of Program Management and/or program management staff.
• Train and develop new and existing team per OC300003-F01 Program Management Training Curriculum.
• Support and follow all ISO standards related to OnCore’s various Quality Management Systems. These systems may include, but are not limited to, quality, the environment, health, safety and security.
• Support all corporate and site 6S objectives.
• Perform all other duties, as assigned.

QualificationsExperience/Education

• Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA preferred.
