Job summary

NEOTech is seeking a Site Director of Program Management to provide leadership for the site program management organization and ensure on-time delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction. The role serves as a senior escalation point for critical issues and partners with business development on new products for customers.

The candidate will lead regular program meetings, oversee the program management staff, and develop the team per the defined curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Serve as site senior program management representative.
• Act as 2nd level escalation for program critical issues.
• Participate as a member of site senior staff in a leadership role.
• Interface with business development for new products and customer support.
• Lead regular program meetings to address progress and customer requirements.
• Provide site incremental sales forecast data.
• Directly supervise the Manager of Program Management and staff.
• Train and develop new and existing team per training curriculum.
• Support ISO standards across Quality Management Systems and 6S objectives.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
