Job summary

NEOTech in Longmont, CO is seeking a Program Manager to lead the Customer Focus Team and act as the voice of the customer. You will drive operational performance and partner with Account Management and the site GM to grow the business and ensure timely delivery of products and services that meet customer objectives.

Responsibilities include leading CFT meetings, coordinating with customers on change requests, managing orders, and maintaining metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• CEPM Certification or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years of program management experience in electronics/contract manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Focus Team (CFT) meetings and maintain notes/actions.
• Lead regular meetings with customers; manage expectations and follow up.
• Oversee sales order process related to customer change requirements.
• Drive customer satisfaction while protecting NEOTech's financials and goals.
• Share account metrics with AM, GM or BDM to drive improvements.
• Manage profitability and review costs vs quotations to ensure margins.
