Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare Inc. is seeking a telecommunications systems professional to support, maintain, and implement our enterprise infrastructure in Augusta, GA. You will administer Cisco Call Manager and related voicemails, IVR, and video/web conferencing systems.

The role requires hands-on experience with telecom hardware and software, including current Cisco Call Manager versions, with a focus on reliable, scalable communications for our healthcare operations.

Qualifications

H.S. Diploma or GED required.
Associate's Degree in telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Systems or closely-related field preferred.
3 years of hands-on experience installing, implementing, configuring, programming, and maintaining telecommunications equipment, video conferencing equipment, and voice/data equipment including current versions of Cisco Call Manager required.

Responsibilities

Assist with support, maintenance and implementation of the telecommunications infrastructure for the enterprise.
Administer the telecommunications infrastructure and its software, including Cisco Call Manager, call accounting systems, voicemail, IVR, video conferencing systems and web conferencing systems.
