Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare is seeking an experienced telecommunications professional to support, maintain, and implement our enterprise telecom infrastructure, including Cisco Call Manager, voice mail, IVR, and conferencing systems. You will help administer the telecom environment and ensure reliable communications across the organization.

Ideal candidates will have a HS diploma or GED, an associate degree in a related field, and at least 3 years of hands-on experience with telecom/ video conferencing

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in telecommunications, CS, IS or related field preferred.
• 3 years of hands-on experience with installation, implementation, configuring, programming, and maintenance of telecommunications equipment, video conferencing equipment, and voice/data equipment including current versions of Cisco Call Manager.
• CCNA/Cisco Certified Network Analyst - Voice certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the support, maintenance and implementation of the enterprise telecommunications infrastructure, including administration of Cisco Call Manager, call accounting, voice mail, IVR, and conferencing systems.
