Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires an Associates Degree in Computer science or related IT field.
• At least 3 years of telecom/Unified Communications experience; 5 years can substitute.
• Experience with Cisco UC platforms and VoIP troubleshooting highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Cisco Unified Communications systems across hospital, clinic, and enterprise locations.
• Troubleshoot Cisco Call Manager, Unity, Webex Calling, VoIP, and SIP trunking issues.
• Provide end-user support in healthcare settings and assist migrations from legacy systems.
• Collaborate with IT teams and support after-hours on-call rotation.
