Motion Recruitment Partners is seeking a Voice Engineer to join our Augusta, GA team.

The role covers design, implementation, maintenance, and support of the enterprise telecommunications infrastructure, including Cisco Call Manager, voicemail, video conferencing, and web conferencing systems. This contract-to-hire opportunity offers hands-on work in a collaborative IT environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years configuring and maintaining Cisco Call Manager and UC systems.
• Experience with voice/data equipment and video/web conferencing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, maintain and monitor Cisco UC environments.
• Support telecom infrastructure initiatives in Call Manager, voicemail, video and web conferencing.
• Provide server-level support including backup, capacity monitoring and server rebuilds with vendor support.

Job description

One of the leading providers of best-in-class information technology services and solutions is looking for a Voice Engineer to join their Augusta, GA team!

The client is looking for a Voice Engineer to be responsible for assisting with the support, maintenance, and implementation of the telecommunications infrastructure for the enterprise. This includes the administration of the telecommunications infrastructure and its associated software, including Cisco Call Manager, call accounting systems, voice mail, interactive voice response, video conferencing systems and web conferencing systems.

Contract Duration: 3-6-Month Contract-to-Hire Opportunity

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience including hands-on knowledge of the installation, implementation, configuring, programming, and maintenance of telecommunications equipment, video conferencing equipment, and voice/data equipment including current versions of Cisco Call Manager is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

What You Will Be Doing

Daily Responsibilities

• Performs design, implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of Cisco Unified Collaboration (UC) environments.
• Provide support to telecom infrastructure initiatives in the areas of Cisco Call Manager, voicemail, video conferencing and web conferencing
• Provides server level support of the telecommunications environment including backup, capacity monitoring and server rebuild with vendor support.
