Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate ProAssure Systems Specialist to support the implementation and administration of Vocera solutions at customer sites. You will train nurses and clinicians in hands-free communication and ensure smooth operation of databases, devices and servers.

You will collaborate with clinical departments and the customer’s teams to maintain data integrity, perform server maintenance, and deliver effective end-user training, with on-site support and issue resolution as a core

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; or 6+ years of relevant work experience in lieu.
• Minimum 2 years clinical or HIT experience required.
• US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple Vocera databases and establish data integrity processes.
• Manage Vocera servers including updates, OS maintenance, backups, and disaster recovery practices.
• Manage Vocera devices: maintain inventory records, RMA process and spares pool.
• Train users to use Vocera effectively and deploy sustainable training for new hires and staff.
• Provide on-site support for end-user issues including devices, databases, training.
• Troubleshoot and report technical issues, collaborating with Vocera Support and customer teams.
• Maintain documentation on status and resolutions using Vocera case management software.
• Collaborate to develop end-user satisfaction programs including regular surveys.
