Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate ProAssure Systems Specialist to support the implementation and administration of Vocera solutions at customer sites. You will train nurses and clinicians on hands-free communication and assist with data integrity, server and device management, and end-user support on-site.

The role requires clinical or HIT experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and US citizenship, with travel around WV and surrounding areas up to 10% per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or 6+ years additional relevant work experience
• Minimum 2 years clinical or healthcare IT (HIT) experience required
• Must be a US Citizen

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple Vocera databases and maintain data integrity with clinical departments
• Manage Vocera servers including software updates, OS maintenance, backups, and disaster recovery practices
• Manage Vocera devices: inventory, RMA process and spares pool
• Train users on Vocera and deploy sustainable training for new hires and refresher training
• Provide on-site support for end-user issues including Vocera equipment, database and training
• Collaborate with Vocera Tech Support and customer to resolve technical issues
• Maintain documentation on status and resolution of issues in case management software
• Develop and administer end-user satisfaction programs with regular surveys
