• Bachelor's or associate degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Three years' work experience in related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of training practices and curriculum design.
• Computer literacy and proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver and supervise skills training and vocational services.
• Recruit participants qualified and eligible for funding.
• Develop community work experiences and training sites with employer-paid wages.
• Maintain accurate documentation of program operations and PDPs.
• Coordinate with referring counselors/agency and ensure confidentiality.
