Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is looking for a Skills Instructor to deliver occupational skills training and vocational services to program participants across designated trades, including Floor Tech, Custodial, and Apartment maintenance.

The role requires a mix of education, trade or teaching experience, and at least two years in related fields. A Bachelor's or Associate degree is preferred, with proficiency in Microsoft Office to plan curricula and document progress.

Qualifications

• Combination of education, trade or teaching experience and/or providing instruction in the trade.
• At least 2 years of experience in related field or training/background in education or teaching.
• Ability to work in a flexible geographic environment with self-direction and organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational skills training and vocational services to program participants.
• Work with trades such as Floor Tech/Custodial, Apartment maintenance and/or hospitality.
• Support participants in gaining employment and advancing their skills.
