Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a training and program specialist to provide skills training and vocational services in support of the program’s goals. You will recruit eligible participants, develop work experiences, and help ensure financial sustainability of the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in related field preferred or a combination of education, trade or teaching experience and/or providing instruction in the specific trade will be considered.
• Three (3) years' work experience in related field.
• Previous experience providing training in the specific skill area.

Responsibilities

• Provide skills training and vocational services aligned with the program’s goals.
• Recruit participants eligible for funding to ensure program sustainability.
• Develop community work experiences and training sites with employer-paid wages.
• Maintain accurate documentation of program operations and participant progress.
