Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a Case Manager to provide case management, vocational guidance, advocacy, training and supervision for individuals facing employment barriers. You will help participants overcome barriers and connect with community resources in alignment with the organization’s mission.

Responsibilities include interviewing participants, developing training plans, coordinating services, and ensuring accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in vocationally related field with 2+ years experience in counseling linking with community resources, special education or vocational instruction.
• Master’s Degree in rehabilitation counseling or a counseling related field.
• In absence of a higher education degree, work under on-site supervision of someone with a master’s or bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management, vocational guidance, advocacy, training and supervision to participants with barriers to employment.
• Recruit eligible participants for funding to sustain programs.
• Deliver high-quality, individualized services aligned with the Goodwill mission.
• Interview participants about work history, education, vocational interests and goals.
• Maintain program documentation and prepare reports for funding sources.
• Coordinate supervision of participants to ensure program quality and consistency.
