Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in job development and employer outreach.
• Experience in job coaching and training to support participants in developing workplace skills.
• Background in career counseling and job search assistance, including resume support, interview preparation, and career planning.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of vocational services, workforce development, or human services, preferably with individuals experiencing housing insecurity or complex needs.
• Proficiency in basic office software and documentation practices, with attention to detail and timely record-keeping.
• Ability to travel within the New York City Metropolitan Area for employer visits, participant meetings, and community outreach.
• Relevant education or training in social services, vocational rehabilitation, counseling, or a related field; comparable experience considered.
