Job summary

CASES is seeking a dedicated Job Developer to advance employer engagement and secure paid internships for participants with legal system involvement. The role focuses on building relationships with employers in industrial, infrastructure, and service sectors and facilitating placements aligned with participants’ career goals.

The position is full-time, with a standard 9:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule, hybrid work flexibility, and travel across New York City to partner sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in employer engagement and job development for targeted populations.
• Proven ability to recruit and place participants in internships or jobs.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage employers, internship sites, and training partners.
• Maintain employer relationships and ensure alignment with CASES goals.
• Facilitate internship placements and credentialing cohorts.
• Coordinate recruitment events and job fairs when needed.
• Ensure timely submission of documentation and follow-ups.
