Job summary

You will maintain placement documentation, prepare reports for funding sources, support job fairs, and ensure CARF-compliant records.

Qualifications

• BA preferred but relevant work experience accepted.
• Must maintain valid driver's license and be able to travel to employers in Northern New Jersey.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop 15–25 jobs in the first 90 days with set interview and placement targets.
• Schedule interviews and follow up with employers to secure placements.
• Maintain employer relationships and complete documentation and progress reports.
• Plan and implement job fairs and liaison with the local business community.
• Educate employers about ADA issues, tax credits, and job modifications.
• Meet revenue goals and track service hours for vouchers.
