Job summary

Integrated Life Choices seeks a Vocational Manager to lead staff, develop individualized programs, and ensure compliant documentation within a vocational setting. The role emphasizes life and vocational development, staffing support, and active participation in IPP team meetings.

The ideal candidate will have a related degree (BA/BS) with experience in developmental disabilities, be able to complete background checks, and possess reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• B.A. or B.S. in a related Human Service field with 2+ years of related experience or an education/experience mix.
• CNA experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Minimum age 19.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and day-to-day activities at the vocational site.
• Write programs for individuals being supported.
• Ensure proper documentation and program compliance.
• Teach life and vocational improvement concepts.
• Assist with staffing and IPP team meetings.
• Provide direct support in the vocational setting and uphold the organization’s mission.
