Job summary

Responsibilities

• Teaching appropriate work behaviors including productivity and safety awareness in real work situations.
• Daily set up of the work setting, workflow and monitoring for safety and quality assurance.
• Evaluating clients readiness for employment through observation, productivity standards, and work behaviors.
• Developing Individualized Training Plans (ITP) for clients based eligibility, observation, and case record documentation.
• Providing curriculum and skills training in career areas taught at the WorkSource West Facility.
• Documenting provision of services provided in accordance with clients rehabilitation plan.
• Supporting outreach activities to educate the community on services provided by NC EIPD and the WorkSource West Facility.
