• Evaluate client readiness for employment via observation.
• Develop Individualized Training Plans (ITP) based on eligibility.
• Provide curriculum and skills training at WorkSource West Facility.
• Document services in clients' rehabilitation plans.
• Support outreach to educate the community on services.
