Stanbridge University seeks an Assistant Director for the Vocational Nursing program (Evenings/Weekends) to lead operations, curriculum delivery, and partnerships, ensuring performance parity with daytime offerings. This is an on-site, full-time leadership role guiding faculty and students in evening and weekend cohorts.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in California.
• Bachelor's degree from a BVNPT-approved school.
• Master's degree in nursing, education, or administration preferred.
• Minimum of three years as a Registered Nurse.
• At least one year of teaching or clinical supervision in a state-approved nursing program within the last five years.
• Three years in nursing administration or education within the last five years.
• Experience working with evening, weekend, or non-traditional student populations is preferred.
• Strong leadership and program management skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily VN program operations, focusing on evening/weekend cohorts.
• Assist in managing faculty schedules, course planning, and instructional resources.
• Ensure timely grading, evaluations, and reporting.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and evaluate instructional faculty.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to ensure instructional excellence.
• Promote active learning and use of ATI resources.
• Monitor student performance and implement retention strategies.
• Ensure consistency in instructional quality across cohorts.
• Coordinate clinical placements and maintain relationships with clinical partners.
• Manage program data collection, reporting, and continuous improvement.
