Job summary
Stanbridge University seeks an Assistant Director, Vocational Nursing (Evenings/Weekends) to lead and scale our VN program. This on-site role partners with the Program Director to ensure academic quality, faculty performance, and student outcomes across evening and weekend cohorts.
The ideal candidate holds a CA RN license, BVNPT-approved BSN, and has 3+ years nursing experience with teaching or supervision, plus experience coordinating faculty schedules and ATI resources.
Qualifications
- Licensed RN in California with current credentials.
- BVNPT-approved BSN required with preferred master’s.
- 3+ years RN experience with teaching or supervision in a nursing program within last 5 years.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily VN program operations, focusing on evenings and weekends.
- Manage faculty schedules, course planning, and instructional resources.
- Monitor student performance and implement interventions to support retention and completion.
- Ensure BVNPT compliance, coordinate clinical placements, and report program data.
