Job summary

Express Employment International seeks a VMS Project Specialist to join the VMS MSP Team and drive strategic sales and account development while managing VMS client programs. The role blends data-driven insights, client support, and process optimization to improve program performance and client experiences.

The position can be remote, but the Oklahoma City market will operate with four in-office days per week and one remote day, subject to business needs and department guidance.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years hands-on experience in a Vendor Management System or MSP role.
• Four-year degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain deep expertise in VMS accounts and act as a trusted advisor for clients, offices, and MSP partners.
• Demonstrate proficiency in VMS tools and platforms to ensure accurate program management.
• Analyze reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
• Lead onboarding activities for new clients and support VMS transitions.
• Support Strategic Sales during the sales cycle and contribute to process improvements.
