Job summary

Magnit is seeking a Delivery Partner located on-site for the US-based client services delivery. You will work with vendors, client hiring managers, and cross-functional teams using Magnit VMS to ensure smooth service delivery and to meet contractual milestones.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in MSP client services or staffing, with hands-on experience with VMS platforms such as Magnit VMS, Fieldglass or Beeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• 3+ years MSP/client services or staffing recruitment experience.
• Experience with VMS platforms preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Delivery Partner is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of Magnit’s products/services.
• Maintain quality client service and day-to-day site operations, meeting contractual deliverables.
• Scope may be limited to one product or span multiple product lines.
• Maintain updated SOPs for day-to-day procedures to ensure efficient operations.
• Implement new or enhanced processes to strengthen efficiencies.
