Job summary

Pinnacle Group seeks a Delivery Manager - VMS to lead recruiting delivery, scorecard management, and client/MSP engagement. You will drive requisition prioritization, candidate pipeline development, and serve as the primary point of contact for recruiter support within assigned accounts.

You will lead recruiting teams, ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs, and collaborate with enterprise leaders to optimize delivery performance across MSP programs.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience leading recruiting teams within IT staffing
• Proven ability to develop and maintain strong MSP/procurement relationships
• Strong understanding of MSP program operations and vendor management systems

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for requisition prioritization and candidate pipeline development
• Serve as the SPOC for recruiter support and delivery challenges within assigned accounts
• Ensure high performance on scorecards and drive continuous improvement
