VASL, Inc. is seeking a highly organized Marketing & Client Success Coordinator to support both client delivery and marketing execution.

This full-time, remote role focuses on turning strategy into action by keeping projects organized, coordinating communication, and tracking deliverables across client engagements. You will work closely with leadership to execute initiatives, maintain momentum, and provide visibility into project status.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, Project Coordination, Marketing Coordination, Operations, Executive Assistant, or similar roles.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, and action items.
• Coordinate weekly client progress updates with completed work, work in progress, and upcoming priorities.
• Coordinate and publish LinkedIn content, blog posts, website updates, and marketing campaigns.
• Support referral campaigns, podcast outreach, and business development initiatives.
