Kelly Services Inc. is seeking a VMSA Deployment Specialist to support the successful implementation and adoption of the VMSA order automation platform across SETT & PI programs.

The role acts as a key liaison between account teams, operations, and IT stakeholders to evaluate requirements, identify process exceptions, and ensure seamless deployment of automated workflows. Strong analytical, documentation, and collaboration skills are essential.

• Complete implementation templates and deployment documentation required for onboarding and configuration activities.
• Monitor account readiness and deployment progress through the implementation lifecycle.
• Collaborate with IT, Bullhorn, and stakeholders to resolve issues and enhancements.
• Support testing, validation, and deployment activities.
• Track risks, issues, and dependencies to minimize business disruption.

The VMSA Deployment Specialist is responsible for supporting the successful implementation and adoption of the VMSA order automation platform across SETT & PI programs. This role serves as a key liaison between account teams, operations, and IT stakeholders to evaluate program requirements, identify process exceptions, and ensure seamless deployment of automated order creation workflows.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate client programs to determine suitability and readiness for VMSA order automation.
• Analyze and map critical program data, including:
  • Locations
  • Job titles
  • Branch numbers
  • Order creation workflows
• Meet with account teams and operational stakeholders to understand current-state processes and identify manual exceptions.
• Assess whether existing process exceptions can be incorporated into the VMSA process.
• Complete implementation templates and deployment documentation required for onboarding and configuration activities.
• Monitor account readiness and deployment progress throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Partner with OPG and JET teams to develop, update, and maintain work instructions and process documentation.
• Support testing, validation, and deployment activities to ensure successful platform adoption.
• Monitor the VMSA platform during hypercare periods and proactively address issues impacting operational performance.
• Respond to user questions and provide ongoing support following deployment.
• Collaborate closely with IT, Bullhorn, and business stakeholders to resolve system issues, process concerns, and enhancement requests.
• Track and elevate risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure timely resolution and minimal business disruption.
• Promote process standardization and automation best practices across supported programs.

Qualifications

Required

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience documenting business processes and operational workflows.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly excel.

Preferred

• Experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS), staffing operations, or workforce solutions.
• Experience with Bullhorn or similar staffing platforms.
• Knowledge of order management, onboarding, or contingent workforce processes.
• Experience working in a hypercare or post-implementation support environment.
• Familiarity with process automation and workflow optimization initiatives.

• Successful deployment and adoption of VMSA across designated programs.
• Accurate mapping and configuration of program requirements.
• Reduction in manual order processing activities.
• Timely resolution of implementation and post-launch issues.
• Positive stakeholder feedback and successful transition to steady-state operations.

Base pay rate for this position is $20 - $28 per hour. Final pay rate will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
