Optimal is seeking a Project Management Analyst to support a major VMS implementation and contingent workforce modernization. The role emphasizes data analysis, communication, and project coordination across suppliers, executives, and internal teams.

You will help track milestones, prepare migration data, draft communications, and contribute to user training and system demos. A strong analytical mindset and proactive, organized approach are essential for success in this temporary, onsite project.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workforce data in Excel to prepare migration
• Draft program communications and announcements for internal and external teams.
• Create professional PowerPoint presentations for updates and town halls.
• Learn the VMS platform, build training materials, and assist in demos and training.
• Support UAT to identify bugs or workflow issues before launch.
