Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions seeks a Data Management Senior Analyst to lead the data workstream on complex implementations. You will gather, validate, and transform data from clients, suppliers, and internal sources, ensuring data quality and timely delivery within the VMS ecosystem.

The role requires 4+ years of data analysis experience and advanced Excel skills. You will mentor junior analysts and collaborate with cross-functional teams across North America.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience doing data analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas, charts and graphs).
• Proven Experience managing data.
• Excellent Attention to detail.
• Excellent business communication skills, both verbal and written to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead data workstream and validate data using AGS tools on complex projects.
• Collect, interpret and analyze large data sets from Client, Supplier and Internal sources.
• Perform ETL to scrub final data sets and build/upload templates into VMS.
• Ensure data quality and governance across programs and processes.
• Mentor less-senior analysts and provide data management guidance.
