Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions is seeking a Data Management Senior Analyst to lead the data workstream within AGS implementations on complex projects. You will validate and transform data for VMS loads, mentor junior staff, and advise on data governance and risk areas.

The role emphasizes independent execution, collaboration with clients and partners, and contributing to project success through high data quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience doing data analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas, charts and graphs).
• Proven experience managing data.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent business communication skills, both verbal and written to internal and external customers.
• Experience with data entry, analyzing information, decision making, organizational skills.
• Ability to work with a diverse team and reach consensus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Lead data workstream to collect, organize and validate data for complex implementation projects.
• Develop data management approach and timelines with other leads and clients.
• Collect, interpret and analyze large data sets from multiple sources.
• Perform data quality checks and resolve data issues with stakeholders.
• Execute ETL processes to scrub and upload data into VMS.
• Support data governance and documentation across programs.
