Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, operations, or related roles.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with software implementations, system migrations, or data migrations is a plus.
• SAP or Fieldglass experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, meetings, schedules, and action items.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Analyze and validate large data sets using Excel.
• Support data migration and system implementation activities.
• Prepare executive presentations, reports, and project updates.
• Gather requirements and information from cross-functional teams.
• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure project commitments are met.
• Assist with training materials, system demonstrations, and user support.
• Participate in testing activities and identify process improvements.
• Communicate project status, risks, and accomplishments to leadership.
