Job summary

Industrial Supply Corporation is seeking a Warehouse/Delivery Associate to support Vendor-Managed Inventory (VMI) operations. You will oversee replenishment, manage storage, and provide professional service to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include processing orders, deliveries, inventory replenishment, and collaborating with sales teams to meet customer needs while maintaining vehicle readiness and a clean work area.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in warehouse ops or delivery within warehouse/retail
• Strong understanding of warehouse functions and processes
• Proficiency with inventory systems and related processes
• Experience with industrial supply order entry and processing

Responsibilities

• Gather and process orders using barcode scanning and vending systems
• Load and deliver orders to customer locations in a timely manner
• Replenish customer inventory at designated sites and restock equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and labeled stocking area at customer sites
• Collect signatures as proof of delivery
• Collaborate with outside sales to meet customer needs
• Coordinate with inside sales for accurate order processing
• Maintain and service VMI delivery vehicle and ensure it's stocked
