Job summary

Vallen USA seeks a Vendor-Managed Inventory (VMI) Coordinator I to deliver and manage inventory at customers' sites. You will perform storage, distribution, and order fulfillment of merchandise and equipment, ensuring accurate shipments and efficient stock placement.

Responsibilities include safe vehicle operation, accurate order processing, and collaboration with sales teams. Prior experience in warehouse or inventory counting is preferred, with a focus on proactive communication and customer

Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated with ability to work semi-routine tasks independently.
• Demonstrated proactive and positive team approach to problem resolution.
• Proven ability to establish strong working relationships with customers, co-workers and management.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes in a warehouse environment.
• Must understand and follow written, oral, or diagram instructions.

Responsibilities

• Transport and deliver goods safely and in compliance with DOT standards.
• Ensure accuracy of shipments to the customer.
• Assist with VMI customer space, setup receiving shipments and stocking in designated area.
• Follow customer orders from pickup to delivery and setup at site.
• Handle spot buy orders and relay information to CSR or Account Rep.
• Scan barcodes to generate customer orders and maintain labeling accuracy.
• Perform VMI functions at point of use areas and report observations to management.
