Gap Inc. is hiring a Sample Coordinator to be the expert for advertising samples. You will report to the Sample Manager and partner with cross-functional teams to track and return samples in a timely, organized manner.

Your role includes ordering, receiving, organizing, and maintaining samples, tracking variances, and ensuring availability ahead of store sets. Attention to detail and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Analytical detail orientation and strong time management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Retail, merchandising, or styling experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sample orders, tracking, and maintenance for mock store sets.
• Communicate sample variances affecting workflow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to locate missing samples.
• Place orders with distribution centers for missing samples.
• Organize sample closets and manage post-season disposal.
