Talbots is seeking a Visual Operations Coordinator to support daily sample flow, organization, and maintenance. You will process, tag, transport, and prepare samples, collaborating with the manager and cross‑functional teams to ensure accuracy and readiness for the Sample Boutique.

The role emphasizes strong organization, attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to support a fast-paced physical sample environment in the Hingham, MA area.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and time management.

Responsibilities

• Process, organize, tag, transport and prepare samples for Talbots and Haven Well Within.
• Ensure samples are labeled and ready to move through each stage.
• Lift and move boxes and racks up to 40 lbs and handle sample shipments.
