Spring Footwear Corp. is seeking a meticulous Sample Library Coordinator to manage the end-to-end sample library, seasonal wall setup, and both domestic and international sample receiving.

This role supports merchandising, sales, and trade shows by keeping samples organized and client-ready. The position requires strong organizational skills in a fast-paced product environment, with duties spanning sample processing, quality checks, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Experience with inventory systems preferred.
• Product handling or footwear experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain the sample library by brand, vendor, and category.
• Build and maintain seasonal showroom walls and sample displays.
• Receive, unpack, count, and organize samples by vendor and brand; verify packing lists.
• Coordinate trade show supplies, labeling, manifests, and logistics with warehouse.
• Inspect samples, document quality concerns, and reintegrate into showroom or development areas.
