Job summary

Beyond Retail Group is seeking a Samples Coordinator in the Dallas area to support photography, ecommerce merchandising and visual teams by managing samples, logs and libraries. The role requires a High School Diploma and 3+ years retail experience, with strong communication and multitasking abilities.

You will coordinate sample check-out, staging for line reviews and mock store sets, while improving organization and tracking processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 3+ years of retail experience preferred.
• Based in Dallas/Ft. Worth area.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence cross-functional partners.
• Understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage samples for photography, ecommerce merchandising and visual teams.
• Receives, logs, tags and stores all incoming vendor and product samples; maintain an organized sample room and sample library.
• Maintains the sample tracking log and database, recording sample details, location and status so that any sample can be located quickly and accurately.
• Manages sample check-out and return for Buyers, Product Merchandisers and the Visual Merchandising team, following up on outstanding samples.
• Proactively identifies and implements improvements to sample organization, storage, labeling and tracking processes.
