Charlotte Tilbury Beauty seeks an VM Operations Coordinator in New York to support the VM Manager and AVP across all regional activities. You will manage planograms, vendor briefs, POs, invoices, and install quality to meet brand standards.

The role emphasizes strong organization, cross-functional collaboration, and execution of campaigns, launches, and in-store experiences across North America.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of visual experience in wholesale/retail; beauty industry a plus.
• Organized self-starter able to work in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent time and project management skills with a proactive, results-driven attitude.
• Strong attention to detail to produce accurate and high-quality work.
• Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Interest in cosmetics, fashion, retail and product; creative yet commercially minded.
• Able to work autonomously, but also thrives in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support on VM projects, design and logistics for North America Department stores.
• Assist in VM collateral, planograms, and vendor briefs per global standards.
• Manage PO raising, invoices, and cost tracking; review prints and installations.
• Maintain relationships with internal teams, retailers, suppliers and agencies.
• Ensure in-store execution aligns with brand standards across North America.
