Job summary

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Inc. is hiring a VM Operations Coordinator in New York to support the VM Manager and AVP across the regional calendar. You will implement visual standards, planograms, and vendor guidelines while managing budgets, POs, and vendor relations.

You will collaborate with sales, creative agencies, manufacturers and retailers to ensure flawless VM across North America and local channels, delivering high-quality displays and timely launches.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of visual merchandising experience in wholesale/retail.
• Beauty industry experience is a plus and highly desirable.
• Strong organizational, time-management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support VM manager on implementing Global Charlotte Tilbury strategy in North America.
• Ensure new launches and in-store execution meet brand standards on time and budget.
• Develop and maintain planograms and guidelines with VM manager for stores.
• Raise POs, track expenditures and manage project costs.
• Oversee VM installations, QA prints, and ensure correct implementation.
• Collaborate with VM, SD, and cross-functional teams across regions.
• Adapt lightbox artwork for North American retailers.
• Create design proposals with VM and SD teams.
