Job summary

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty in New York is seeking a VM Operations Coordinator to support the VM Manager and AVP across all regional visual merchandising activities. You will translate and implement global standards, manage planograms, distribution files, vendor briefs and ensure VM is executed to brand standards across North America.

You will raise POs, track invoices, review costs, and collaborate with sales, creative agencies, printers and retailers to deliver on-time, on-budget VM installations

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related visual experience wholesale/retail.
• Organized self-starter in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent time and project management with a proactive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail with high-quality work.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the VM manager on the implementation of the Global Charlotte Tilbury strategy across North America.
• New launches and in-store execution delivered on time, within budget and to brand standards.
• Develop and nurture relationships with stakeholders including regional managers and key suppliers.
• Update and maintain accurate planograms and guidelines per campaign with VM manager.
• Raise POs and manage expenditures for each project.
• Manage databases and distribution lists for campaign launches.
• Ensure VM is implemented correctly and maintained post-execution.
• Listen to local consumer insights to inform visual merchandising directions.
• Attend meetings to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
