Qualifications

• Pursuing MS or PhD in Electrical engineering with analog/mixed signal circuit design as focus.
• Knowledge and/or experience in non-volatile memory design (NAND flash memory cell operation) is a big advantage.
• Self-motivated and self-directed, however, must have demonstrated ability to work well with people.
• A proven desire to work as a team member, both on the same team and outside of the team.
• Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex problems.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, modify and evaluate chip architecture and Core/Analog/Data Path circuits for high-performance NAND flash feasibility studies.
• Perform simulations (HSPICE, PRIMESIM, VERILOG) and silicon evaluation when available.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
