Sandisk in Milpitas, California is seeking a Senior VLSI Design Engineer to design and validate analog and mixed-signal ICs for cutting-edge NAND flash memory. You will develop low-noise op-amps, voltage regulators, and interface specs while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure robust silicon results.

The role requires an MS degree in EE and hands-on expertise in NAND memory design, RTL, and VLSI circuits.

Qualifications

• MS degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Knowledge and/or experience in non-volatile memory design (NAND flash memory cell operation in particular).
• Ability to work in a fast-moving, dynamic environment with cross-disciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of Digital design & RTL, Analog Integration Circuits design, VLSI Design, and VLSI Circuits.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, modify, and evaluate Analog/mix-signal ICs for high-performance NAND flash.
• Design low-power analog modules such as OPAMP and power regulators.
• Write module interface specs and communicate with other design groups.
• Verify designs via simulation and silicon validation; collaborate with layout and other teams.
