Qualifications

• BS in electrical engineering required; MS/PhD preferred.
• 2+ years of NAND design experience.
• Proficiency in analog/mixed-signal design (charge pumps, op amps, DACs, ADCs).
• Knowledge of linear regulators, oscillators, and bandgaps.
• Understanding reliability issues (CHC, NBTI, stress, snapback) and EM/IR.

Responsibilities

• Design, simulate, optimize, and floor‑plan NAND circuit blocks.
• Validate performance at block and chip level using industry tools.
• Collaborate with Product Eng, Test, Process Integration, and others.
• Build Python AI utilities to accelerate development workflows.
