Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Vitamin/HBA Manager to lead our vitamin department and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced store setting.

You will manage the team, coordinate inventory and merchandising, and ensure product quality and regulatory compliance. Qualifications include at least 1 year in vitamin or holistic products with leadership duties, reliability for flexible scheduling, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of vitamin/homeopathy/holistic experience with leadership duties.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with strong customer interaction skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to give and receive direction.
• Maintain cleanliness and general housekeeping in the department.
• Adhere to safety, health, and regulatory guidelines.
• Willingness to learn about new products and alternative health options.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills.
• Able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing/walking long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Assistant Vitamin/HBA Manager in managing and merchandising the department for productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, product quality, and supervision of the Vitamin/HBA team.
• Coordinate production, merchandising, and sales through planning, direction, and teamwork.
• Lead efforts to deliver high quality products and customer service in vitamins and related health items.
• Provide guidance to customers on vitamins, supplements, and health products without medical prescribing.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, developing, mentoring, and motivating the Vitamin team.
• Unload deliveries and maintain stock readiness.
