Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an Assistant Vitamin Manager to lead one of the busiest departments in the store. You will drive customer service, supervise the Vitamin/HBA team, manage inventory, and ensure product quality while aligning with company safety guidelines.

The role focuses on educating customers about vitamins and health products, recruiting and mentoring staff, and maintaining a fast-paced, friendly environment that supports healthy living and strong store performance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with at least 1 year of vitamin, homeopathy, or holistic experience with leadership duties, or an education/experience equivalent.
• Flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with the ability to interact with customers.
• Good communication skills and ability to take and give direction within a team.
• Ability to perform general housekeeping and lift up to 50 lbs. during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and merchandising the Vitamin department for productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, product quality, and supervision of the Vitamin team.
• Coordinate production, merchandising, and sales through planning, direction, and teamwork.
• Lead a team to deliver high-quality products and exceptional customer service.
• Ensure customers receive guidance on vitamins and health products to support wellness.
